Funded by the United States Agency for International Development/Philippines (USAID/Philippines), the U.S.-Philippines Partnership for Skills, Innovation, and Lifelong Learning (UPSKILL) is led by RTI International and will build on the success of the 10-year STRIDE program, focusing on collaborative research between industry and academia.
