Zayed University (ZU) embarked on a large-scale effort to redesign the university as an exemplar interdisciplinary institution of higher education. UDI’s engagement supported ZU with designing the future-state university including: vision and core values, institutional structure, KPIs, external engagement model, building capacity for translational and interdisciplinary research and data-driven decision making.
