Over the last 15 years, ASU has relentlessly aimed to transform itself and redefine higher education. Sustaining this momentum while guiding the institution through constant change, ambiguity and uncertainty is the work of leaders who think like designers. The Leadership Network, anchored by the ASU charter, enables leaders to design systems, processes, and new initiatives within their spheres of influence, keeping the university on a trajectory of innovation as it evolves into the future.

As the Fall 2024 semester at Arizona State University (ASU) kicks off, so does a new cohort of the Leadership Academy, which seeks to nurture and empower 34 ASU leaders this year. This is the 12th cohort of the Leadership Academy at ASU. The Academy is one of three leadership development programs managed by the University Design Institute, including the Advanced Leadership Initiative and the Launching Leaders Program.
