The Co-Lab@UDI is a global hub for innovation in higher education—convening university leaders, system executives, government policymakers, philanthropic partners, industry stakeholders, and community voices to co-design solutions to the sector’s most urgent and complex challenges.
Our work bridges ideas and action through dynamic programming that fosters collaboration, inspires bold thinking, and accelerates meaningful change across institutions and geographies. Signature initiatives include:
- Emerging Futures Studio – Curated design sessions that bring together diverse higher education stakeholders to explore and prototype solutions to emerging system-wide challenges.
- Dialogues for Design – In-depth conversations with visionary leaders, policy influencers, and transformative changemakers shaping the future of global higher education.
- Place-Based & Topical Convenings – Regionally focused and issue-driven gatherings that engage local and international actors to co-create context-specific solutions to pressing educational design questions.
Through these efforts, the Co-Lab builds capacity, strengthens networks, and drives forward-thinking reform in higher education systems worldwide.
