Design Leadership Workshop

A practical workshop that helps higher education leaders rethink how they lead institutional transformation.

Connect with UDI.

Higher education leaders are being asked to navigate increasing complexity while preparing their institutions for a future that looks very different from the past. Traditional leadership approaches alone are no longer enough.

The Design Leadership Workshop introduces a practical framework that helps leaders rethink their role — from managing existing systems to intentionally designing the conditions, cultures, and capabilities that enable transformation.

Through an interactive, highly participatory experience, leaders explore the UDI Design Leadership framework, apply it to their own institutional challenges, and leave with a shared language, a practical framework, and clear next steps for applying it within their institution.
